SD Construction handled everything in our condo remodel in Franklin.  New kitchen flooring, cabinets, countertops, all new master bath with tile from tub to ceiling and all new fixtures and flooring. New paint throughout, including kitchen cabinets. They handled all the nit picky repairs like a window screen, door runners, hanging new blinds, etc.  We could not have been more pleased!  Stevan is meticulous.  He really knows his stuff, and there’s pretty much no problem that comes up that he can’t solve.  He’s quick, stays within budget, and is super easy to work with.  We will definitely use SD Construction again.  Highly recommend!

Stevan does fantastic work. He’s on time, courteous, professional, and best of all, he does excellent work. I plan to use him again on any remodel jobs we do. He most recently remodeled our guest bathroom, and it looks perfect.

Tile work and kitchen/bath remodeling are some of his strongest suits. Stevan creates value by doing quality work and he does it quite efficiently. In addition, he is professional and approachable. He will work extra hours during the day or on the weekends to meet a tight deadline. Considering his efforts, work quality and speed, the cost he charges seems quite fair.
